Job Recruiter
Work Arrangement: Onsite in Cebu CityShift Schedule: Day Shift (9 am-6 pm); Weekends offRole Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years' experience specializing in high-volume sourcing and corporate recruitment
At least 4 years of total professional experience
Preferably with experience in the BPO setting
Preferably available to start immediately
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting process for professional services.
Work with recruiting team members and the hiring manager to develop, implement, and execute a hiring strategy for requisitions.
Identify trends and make recommendations to stay ahead of the competition in attracting top talent.
Work collaboratively within the recruiting team, including sourcers and recruiting coordinators.
Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates in support of business requirements.
