About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our internal team in Cebu. Your mission is to support the recruitment team in filling up open roles within the specified timeframe. The role will report directly to the Business Development Director.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Undertake candidate research through social media mediums and talent database in job platforms;
Identify and shortlist candidates that best meet the role requirements and are able to start within the timeframe;
Building networks and talent pools of future talent and job roles;
Use tools including LinkedIn, Vincere, Lusha, SEEK, Google Boolean Search etc. for candidate identification and engagement;
Proactively introduce relevant candidates to clients;
Take candidate references as and when required;
Communicate with clients, understanding their requirements, develop a strategy on how best to meet the demand, and update status on time;
Develop and implement recruitment processes and provide new improvement ideas.
Requirements
Do you have what we are looking for:
Excellent communication in English both written and verbal;
At least 5+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience for Australian and US clients;
Experience coaching/leading a recruiting team;
Excellent organisational and time-management skills;
Bachelor degree or higher in relevant field;
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player;
High attention to detail;
Excellent computer skills and ability to pick up new systems with ease;
High sense of urgency and speed of delivery, without compromising on quality
