Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing material and cost estimates of prospective projects.
Preparing BOQ's using different Standard Method of Measurements and formats.
Ensuring the maximisation of value recovery, cost control and cash management.
Preparing of financial reports.
Producing of final accounts.
Managing the subcontract and materials orders.
Developing commercial awareness of the site team.
About you
With a relevant degree qualification, you will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification. With 5-7 years of MEP Pre-Contract Cost Consultancy experience (Middle East Background preferred). Familiar with CostX for measurement. Familiar with the different Standard Method of Measurement used in preparing BQ. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
