1. Five years working experience as Lead Quality Engineer
2. Working experience in handling risk assessment and management
3. Project management experience would be beneficial
4. Relevant experience with statistical process control and capability analysis is preferred
5. Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles
(e.g. 6 Thinking Hats, CATWOE approach, etc.) in the absence of direction
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
