Job Description
Publish investigation and documentation of minor incident reports including recommendations
Prepare and analyze reports and produce actionable items to improve agents' handling to all the touch points of CXP Group
Provides sample QA Productivity Report and Agent Eval Update
Evaluates agent approached by rating effectiveness of customer service and technical support representative, provide quality ratings and feedback and conduct coaching sessions
Work continuous process of evaluating and identifying key behaviors that drive sales and improve customer experience
