It brings together the talents of more than 120 highly competent individuals who are experts in Data Collection, Analysis, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Artificial Intelligence/AI, Dashboards, Innovation and Automation.
KEY OUTCOMES
Responsible for managing and leading a team of 20 to 25 QA staff. Ensures that the KPI's/objectives for the quality function and individual team members are met
Leads efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the checking processes
Ensures that the systems are in place to accurately capture the data required for the defined KPI's/performance metrics that are used internally and/or reported to the regional and global offices
Takes the lead in the root-cause analysis and formulation of action plans for quality escapes. Ensures that action plans are implemented and verified as effective
Designs and spearheads quality campaigns for the whole GDC
Plans for and leads periodic process audits across functions, to ensure that the established processes remain relevant and effective
Ensures that processes and practices within GDC comply with GDPR/Kantar's data protection policy.
CAPABILITIES
Bachelor's degree courses preferably in Engineering, Math and Mathematical Sciences, and Management. (other B.S courses - B.S Industrial Engineering, B.S Computer Science and B.S Information technology)
At least 7 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance
At least 3 years of experience in People Management
Preferably has an experience/expertise in process improvement (lean practices, Six Sigma, etc.) and quality management systems (e.g ISO 9001)
Soft skills (self-motivated, very attentive to details and an organized person)
