We are a team of highly skilled digital product creators who go above and beyond for our clients to provide best results. We specialise in Xamarin application development and provide training and consultancy for enterprises across Australia, the UK and USA.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reviewing requirements to provide your feedback on user flows and user interfaces
Supporting to create user stories with proper acceptance criteria
Creating detailed and well-structured test cases
Manual cross browser and cross device testing on UI and functionality
Manual and automation testing
Identifying and recording defects
Participating in agile meetings
Performing thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Developing and applying software test processes for new and existing products
Working with the project team to plan quality assurance throughout all delivery phases, to ensure all project milestones and quality standards are met.
Working and collaborating with the project teams
Ensure work is delivered on scope and within the agreed timeline
We need you to have:
3-4 years of experience working as a QA Engineer
Tertiary educational qualification in computer science or any equivalent educational background
Experience in manual testing web and mobile applications
Experience in web and mobile automation
Practice in using Microsoft Azure DevOps
Strong written and communication skills
Hands-on experience in working with agile development practices
It would be a big plus, if:
You have a basic understanding of C# language
You can query databases using SQL
You have ISTQB certifications or equivalent certifications in QA/Testing
Goals As a business experiencing fast growth, your role and its core areas of focus are likely to evolve over time. Some of the key achievements in your role in the first quarter will be:
Understanding the process and the requirements of your assigned project
Providing QA input on user stories
Writing and executing test scenarios
Logging defects and running regression tests
Being able to determine the tests need to be automated
Working with others in the company to improve the QA process across the business
