SENIOR PYTHON DEVELOPER (REMOTE)
 
Job Responsibilities
Extend and optimize our Python backend to integrate new LLM-driven features
Work with OpenAI's API (and evaluate future self-managed models) for conversation, embeddings, etc.
Design data flows from MongoDB/SQL into Pinecone (or analogous vector store) for semantic search
Implement automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality
Mentor junior developers: lead code reviews, pair-programming, and task breakdowns
Collaborate with product and analytics teams to deliver AI-powered dashboards and analytics services
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of all AI components in production
Job Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on Python development
Strong grasp of how LLMs work, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns
Production experience integrating OpenAI (or similar) APIs
Deep familiarity with MongoDB/SQL as a primary data store
Experience with Pinecone (or equivalent) vector databases for semantic search
Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines
Excellent communication skills; experienced mentoring and knowledge-sharing
