Senior Project Sales Executive, K&B Philippines
Basic Functions
Within delegated responsibility and authority of Senior Commercial Manager - K&B Philippines, this position is responsible for planning, conducting and evaluating all project field sales activities in order to promote and support the KOHLER brand name in the assigned project market and key accounts. Responsible for developing sales strategies for achieving increased penetration of major developers, builders, main contractors, interior design firms, specifiers and the lodging industry. Works within the guidelines of the project quotation program and the residential quotation program to assist distributors in obtaining additional project job orders.
Specific responsibilities
Establish and maintain regular contact with major developers, builders, main contractors, specifiers, architecture and interior design firms, and the lodging industry within the assigned area and key accounts.
Identify and recommend appropriate promotional and support material required to enhance the image of KOHLER within the project market and new residential market.
Coordinate and implement presentations to major developers, builders, specifiers, contractors, designers, and the lodging industry to introduce new products, and assist in selecting products, writing proposals, specifications and obtaining approval of Kohler products.
Work with local government authorities and inspectors to assure specific local approvals, listings or product standard tests.
Coordinate and suggest company participation in industry associations and trade shows to promote KOHLER products.
Educate distributor personnel with regard to KOHLER projects and new residential programs and the process involved in requesting quotations, submitting and releasing orders for jobs.
Prepare and maintain required reports and forms related to daily sales activities, expenses, correspondence, etc.
Coordinate and administer sales support materials, i.e. audio-visual equipment, literature, displays, product samples, catalogs and other sales materials.
Relationship and contacts
Reports to Senior Commercial Manager - K&B Philippines.
Frequent contacts with other Sales Executives.
Frequent contacts with Marketing and Central Customer Service Center personnel.
Frequent contacts with distributors, developers, major specifiers, designers, government authorities, builders, and the lodging industry.
Skills/Requirements
Requirements
University/ college graduated in marketing or business administration.
At least 7 years of sales experience coupled with extensive background in securing project type business.
