The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Job Duties: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financials and adhere to all Alorica policies and procedures, throughout the full systems development life cycle. This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery. The Senior Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis. Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case. Provide senior-level project management skills to develop and implement IT strategic initiatives through participating in all aspects of project deployment including product research, vendor interviewing and contracting and testing. Assemble project teams, assign individual responsibilities, and create complex project plans to detail the steps to implement initiatives including developing a project schedule to ensure a timely delivery and determining appropriate resources. Perform periodic cost and productivity analysis of project plans to ensure adherence to established budgets and timelines. Act as a liaison between team members and functional area management requesting the project. Participate in establishing, organizing, and implementing short and long range goals, objectives, and policies and procedures. Provide direction and support to project management staff. Communicate with Executives, Sr. Management, vendors, and various internal and external departments regarding the current project initiatives and to gather feedback on new initiatives and interests. Obtain guidance and approval as required to advance initiatives. Provide direction and training to lower level analysts and Project Managers. Proactively recommend corporate-driven projects, communicate issues, concerns and questions, and understand changing project requirements and best practices. Provide strategic planning, expert advice, and consultation on the design and implementation of effective administrative and business processes including analysis, redesign, reengineering and organizational effectiveness utilizing comprehensive knowledge obtained through experience. Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones. Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously. EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Required EXPERIENCE: Required experience: 5 -7 years Six or more years of demonstrated project management experience required. Experience in multi-disciplinary business or functions across (ARM, CRM, Infrastructure and Corporate Systems) required.
