Responsibilities:
• Act as the central point of contact for all formal, project-related communications between N-Wave & customers.
• Ensure that all Project Team members know their individual responsibilities, schedule and commitment to the project.
• Ensure that all contractual commitments are fulfilled on time, within budget, and to complete Customer satisfaction and delight.
• Ensure that a system is in place to document and control contractual performance.
• Prepare a realistic, detailed Project Plan, and obtain agreement to the plan from both N-Wave and customers. Business Calculation should be profitable before engaging the projects and ensure to generate profits on a month on month basis
• Control cost, schedule, and technical variance from the plan. This is to make sure that Project Management, Risk Management and Cost Management is being monitored and achievable target
• Report project status to customer & management on a regular basis.
• Responsible for the continuity of the project and also the continuity and expansion of the business related to the customer that he/she manage.
The Scopes
• Telecommunications Implementation Engineering
o Materials On Site Management to ensure the materials delivered are as planned
o Installation of Roll-out & Upgrades of Base Stations
o Site Integration and Commissioning (Site On-Aired)
o Acceptance on Site Verify, BFT, ISDP QC, PAT and FAT
• New Sites Roll-out Implementation
• Site Upgrades (3G/4G/5G) Implementation
• Microwave Upgrades
• Mini Civil Works
• IBS Site Implementation
• And other scopes pertaining to and not limited to Telecommunications Works
The Person
• Degree in Engineering / Science with specialization in IT/Electrical/Telecommunication engineering.
• Minimum 7 years' project management experience in telecommunication industry. Sub-contracting Company experienced is a plus
• Must possess prior technical and on-site experience as either deployment Engineer or Manager.
• Effective project scheduling and reporting.
• Excellent people skills, enthusiastic leader and team builder. Has ability and maturity to interface and negotiate with customers, partners, vendors and staff.
• Able to work as a team as well as individual, requires minimum supervision.
• Have strong integrity, organized, focused and self-driven personality.
