SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in construction of residential, commercial properties and high-rise building.
Must be flexible and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Project & Power point and Auto-CAD.
Broad-based understanding of projects management with strong planning, problem solving and organizational skills.
Experience in providing customer and personal service, meeting quality standards and assessing customer needs.
Well-versed in Project Planning and Scheduling.
