Responsibilities:
The SR Production Operations Support Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the Client Services department related to data parsing, importing, managing and analyzing of client data. The selected candidate will work as part of a high functioning team, tasked with supporting day to day operations of a busy Legal Services provider. Independently define and develop solutions, with minimal direction, for a wide range of technical problems. Participate in team meetings and other collaborations, as well as design and peer reviews. Be flexible; prepared to approach things laterally; able to think outside the box. Interface with business stakeholders, to identify or clarify requirements in order to address various problems.

Essential Job Responsibilities
Respond to data and product related inquiries in real-time to support the business
Provide leadership support and guidance for other team members
Lead business efforts for various client needs and drive them to completion
Provide ongoing continuous improvement ideology with the team on existing processes
Serve as a resource for executing ad-hoc data requests, custom reports, test scenarios, data migration, data analysis and quality assurance testing in a production environment
Provide expertise and translate the business needs to design; and develop tools, techniques, and metrics, and dashboards for insights and data visualization
Analyze and accurately format large sets of data to ensure successful processing and integration with Prime Clerk’s internal systems and administrator/partner systems
Seek to establish and implement process improvements at the direction of the department manager
Responsible for establishing appreciation and adherence to the principles of data quality management, including metadata, lineage, and business definitions
A highly motivated team player and an organized, strategic thinker who is passionate about data
Adaptable, fast learner with an eye for details
Possess exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Be detail and process oriented with demonstrated excellence in accuracy, service delivery, time management and prioritization
Candidate must be detail oriented, work at a good pace, be able to work independently and willing to work additional hours (as necessary).
Understanding the Business processing needs over time and coming up with creative solutions is a cornerstone of the ability to progress within the organization and key to definition of success within the role.
Ability to monitor and execute work from incoming request queues during the day Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and 7+ years of experience in processes and standards related to data, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
High Level SQL knowledge is required
Experience creating and supporting complex SQL Server objects, batch processes and batch scripts
Experience performing complex data analysis of large datasets
Experience tuning T-SQL queries o Experience using source control
Deep (SR) expertise with advanced Excel and data manipulation
VBA Scripting or similar
Analyzing data to perform data cleansing and data manipulation to assure data is in the correct format
Ability to understand complex business processes and adapt solutions to meet the needs of the business
Excellent communication skills for interaction with peers, managers and business stakeholders. This includes written updates to pending queued tickets.
Must enjoy and have experience working in a fast-paced environment with an ability to quickly change direction and pivot to high priority items as they arrive
Ability to quickly realign with shifting priorities • Reporting Services (SSRS) experience a plus
Flexibility with work schedule is a must - shifts will cover all hours of operations, including beyond ordinary business hours (rotating shifts 9:00-6:00pm EST and 1:00pm – 10:00pm EST)
ETL data processing a plus
Python or similar data programming a plus
