We are looking for a Senior Production Executive to join our team! He/She will be part of the Quality Control Team.
Responsibilities:
Enforce quality control standards to all ZALORA Production service requests
Implement effective and efficient processes and SOPs communicated by the Production Manager
Ensure that final output meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Recommend process improvements to enhance production quality and capacity.
Assumes cross functioning duties: perform support work for photographers and production assistants if needed.
Keep financial records of payments received from MP sellers and update ZALORA Production Service trackers.
Monitors items with issues in coordination with the sorting team.
Reports replenishments of supplies and equipment for the Production Department and manage coordination with Admin and Finance.
Provide team meetings to discuss Studio status and ongoing problems and what areas are for improvement
Provide training of Production manpower on effective processes
Ensure that all SKUs inbounded in ZALORA warehouse are sent to the studio for photoshoot
Qualifications:
Must possess high quality standards and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel is a must
Amenable to work in MCX E-Commerce Center, Muntinlupa.
