Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Planner to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

Responsibilities
Experience required in Power BI report development and Smartsheets.
Outlining the scope of projects, including determining the start and key milestone delivery dates.
Track critical activities, milestones, interdependencies, and changes to critical path impacting projects.
Estimating the project timeline and making sure teams adhere to delivery dates.
Developing and updating on regular 3-months and 6-months lookahead schedules.
Reviewing schedules prepared by other regions/projects.
Integrating multiple schedules into master schedule and managing baseline.
Generating and presenting project reports to key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports/trackers for the Hotel Development Technical Services and Operations to track schedule movements across their respective teams.
Gathering actual data, updating project schedule and developing reliable schedule forecast with support from project teams.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
Experience in planning Hotels and other similar development
Minimum 10 years planning experience in Construction Projects Planning roles.
Degree in relevant subject (e.g., Engineering, Construction, Project Management).
Professional membership qualification (e.g., CEng, PMI-PMP, PMI-SP).
Expert working knowledge of Primavera.
Additional certification in another Microsoft applications a plus
