The opportunity
Project: A 450ha, Integrated Mountain Resort project, In Pampanga Philippines. Located between Angeles City and New Clark City. Phase 1 works include Development of an 18 Hole Championship Golf Course, Banyan Tree Main Building and Resort Villas, Club House, and ancillary site wide infrastructure and facilities. Including significant site wide and building/ facility specific MEPF works Reporting to MaceTPM Senior Management and the Client Team.
Working with a multi-disciplinary team of local and international Consultants, and local and international quality contractors.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and defining project goals.
Monitoring the project effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative tools.
Recommending and implement modifications to improve effectiveness and attain project milestones.
Planning, coordinating and monitoring activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems.
Educating employees in methods to ensure project continuity and completeness.
Developing detailed task lists and work effort assessment.
Preparing short and long-term resource allocation plans based on input from all key players and team members.
Overseeing schedules and risk management plans and provide serious deviations warnings hindering project results.
Identifying changes in work scope in the project plan.
Ensuring to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.
Ensuring to convey required project data and information to project teams.
Preparing and presenting regular internal and external project reports for management.
Evaluating and analyzing with team risks and issues compromising project results and develop plans to mitigate them.
Supporting the development of baseline schedule and support project manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).
Gather actual data, update project schedule and develop reliable schedule forecast with support from project team.
About you
You have a relevant degree qualification. You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. P6 and BIM experience 4D & 5D. With Candy CCS Software experience is an advantage. Proven experience in large programmes/projects.
