Primary Functions:
Provide expertise on defining and executing production Plan and material plan.
Ensure continuity of supply to support production schedule with minimum investment on material inventories.
Procures materials and services at the lowest cost consistent with the quality and services required.
Manage supplier delivery and performance and negotiates for better terms and pricing with suppliers.
Support manufacturing requirements and sourcing activities for existing and new Technology and Product
Support internal and/or corporate driven projects related to planning and supply chain.
Develop and implements business processes that will improve planning system and processes.
Uphold high ethical standard of conduct in dealing with suppliers.
Will cover Production planning and material planning function as needed by the organization.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree holder
Preferably with Supply Chain related licenses.
With at least 5 years experience in Supply Chain function such as sourcing, procurement, inventory management and supplier management.
Knowledgeable in Production Planning process and Inventory Planning
Has knowledge in SAP and Purchasing process, with good negotiation skills.
With good communication skills and proficient in English language.
Has good analytical and critical thinking skills, results-oriented, fast learner, hardworking and flexible.
With good presentation skills and willing to extend beyond working hours if needed and able to attend occasional night meetings particularly to support Project Hercules.
