● Maintain application of `Aggregating ‘ within OLA/SLA.
● Formulate action plan and solutions for ‘Aggregating’ maintenance.
● Formulate action plan and solutions for ‘Aggregating’ server maintenance.
● Formulate action plan and solutions for ‘Aggregating’ system function development.
● Formulate action plan and solutions for ‘Aggregating’ troubleshooting on incidents and problems.
● Version control via `GIT`.
● Contribute completed technical documents.
● Ensure end-to-end service quality can meet the defined OLA/SLA.
● Analysis requirements and define developing items.
● Enhance team’s performance and technological level.
● Able to process incidents and problems within OLA/SLA.
