SENIOR PHARMACIST
 
Job Description
Direct and supervise all hospital pharmacy services, including inpatient, outpatient, and specialized clinical pharmacy services
Ensure compliance with DOH Level 3 hospital requirements, FDA regulations, and hospital policies
Develop, implement, and monitor pharmacy policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs
Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacists and pharmacy support staff
Collaborate with medical specialists and multidisciplinary teams on complex medication therapy management
Oversee medication safety programs, pharmacovigilance, and adverse drug reaction monitoring
Manage pharmacy budget, procurement, inventory control, and cost-efficiency initiatives
Support accreditation, licensing, and regulatory inspections
QUALIFICATION
Licensed Pharmacist with a valid PRC license
Minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in a Level 3 or tertiary hospital
Proven leadership and management experience
Strong knowledge of tertiary-level hospital pharmacy operations and regulations
