This position is critical for the proper performance and payroll processes, ticket and email managements. Process payroll accurate and effective on a timely manner. Comply to the government statutory requirements. Also, capable to provide a customer satisfaction which is our employees.
What you'll bring to us:
· Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards
· Participate in the analysis, preparation, and maintenance of payroll
· Ensure that the preparation and distribution of payroll complies with established schedules
· Compile and calculate payroll data
· Investigate and resolve errors in payroll processing
· Knowledge of the Company's policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, audit, and accounting.
· Answers all customer's inquiries through various channels - email, ticket, chat communications
· Process final pay, maternity and sickness advances and prepare necessary documents
· Year- end processing /taxation
· Knowledge in accrual reporting preparation and analyst
· Other tasks assigned by the manager
What skills you'll need:
· Knowledge of Kronos, Oracle HR, payroll and general ledger systems
· Knowledge in SOX Audit and Compliance
· Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
· Great interpersonal skills in dealing with a diverse population
· Able to respect and ensure strict confidentiality of employee and payroll data. High level of integrity and judgment
· Proficient in English, both written and verbal
· Proficient in Microsoft office
· 3 to 5 years of experience processing payroll for Thailand and Malaysia. Knowledge of other countries is an advantage.
