Overview of the RoleThe Senior Paraplanner will collaborate with the financial planning team and advisers to create compliant advice documents that align with client preferences as well as the policies and guidelines set by the licensee.Main duties include:
Reviewing the File Notes provided by the planner, transcribing from audio recording.
Reviewing the Fact Find for completeness and entering into Financial Planning Software
Pre-flight audit of the Advice file (to ensure all information has been provided)
Reviewing the research provided on existing products
Preparing Product Cost Comparisons/Quotes
Financial Modelling of current and recommended positions
Formulating preliminary Strategy Paper (BID) for approval by the adviser
Prepare Paraplanning submissions for SOA creation or in some cases producing the advice document.
Updating workflow and systems as directed by clients
Creates a wider range of advice formulation strategies including more complex and comprehensive advice.
Requirements
Graduate of Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering or any related course
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paraplanning.
Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning and training on XPLAN
Wifi Connection of at least 15 Mbps
Residence within Cebu and Cagayan de Oro
