SENIOR PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST
 
Headcount: 2
 
Responsibilities:
Planning, setting up, and managing paid ad campaigns for enterprise brands.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting results on campaign performance.
Owning the paid search channel, driving numbers, converting into real leads and ultimately revenue.
Identifying KPIs and completing work as needed to improve ad performance.
Conducting keyword research, advising on ad spend, ad placement, testing ad copy, and optimizing campaigns for lean performance.
Working with production team, ensuring the website is optimized for PPC success.
Staying current on PPC paid media practices and collaborating with peers on the Digital Marketing team
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience managing digital ad campaigns in Google Ads
Proven track record in managing budgets upwards of $50k per month
Highly proficient with a mix of ad types including Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Remarketing, and Shopping Ads.
Experience with additional ad platforms such as Bing, Amazon, Facebook/Instagram, etc.
In-depth understanding of search engines, up-to-date techniques, ranking factors, and principles for sound SEM strategy.
Basic knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts both verbally and in writing to clients.
Strong time management skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Ability to think logically and develop practical recommendations for clients to support their digital marketing strategies and efforts.
Amenable to work onsite, 7am - 4pm Mon-Fri
