JOB PURPOSE:
Oracle/PLSQL developer with strong technical background efficient in analyzing relevant information following SDLC standards from conception to completion. Manages analysis/design effort and leads deployment process to meet release schedules of enhancements, and other deliverables. Consults with team lead, internal/external resources, and users to review requirements and recommend enhancements/solutions and workarounds for optimal customer satisfaction.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to mentor and share with team members the knowledge on skills required to provide technical support on Oracle EBS HCM modules
Work closely with systems analysts, business analysts, QA, and a variety of end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Participate in the implementation of the new system/solution.
Implement ways to reuse requirements across projects.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and techniques
Perform design and development of applications according to requirements.
Design, code, and maintain systems based on established standards.
Understand requirements and develop design specifications.
Perform design reviews and recommend improvements.
Write clear codes and prepare coding documentations.
Provide technical assistance to other developers as needed.
Analyze and troubleshoot system issues in a timely manner.
Develop forms, reports, database procedures, and UNIX shell scripts.
Modify existing codes to optimize applications and codes.
Assist in system integration and acceptance testing and perform bug fixes.
Participates in formal and on-the-job training in systems analysis, programming, and interpersonal skills provided.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
The services shall include mentoring and coaching other developers, design, analysis, enhancement, and maintenance of systems, coordination, user training, and support, creation of templates and test data, program/system test including verification of its results, system documentation, and program conversion and test, customization, edit, quality acceptance test and optimize the performance of applications.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline
 RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
Must be conversant with systems development lifecycle principles
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts
Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and utilization in system development projects
At least 6 years of experience in the implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly in HRMS (HR, Payroll and Benefits modules) and Financials (GL, AP, CM, TR, AR modules);
Experience in the custom application design and development and its integration into the main Oracle E-Business Suite;
Must have good knowledge on:
Understanding of entity-relationship diagrams, and can read and understand the Technical Reference Manuals
Understanding of the Oracle E-Business Suite database schema, for a range of application modules.
Understanding of advanced database concepts: e.g., instance, table, tablespace, data files, database structure, indexes to fine-tune programs and solve program failures.
Understanding of basic Unix Operation system concepts, programs, directory structure, and basic commands (e.g., vi, sh)
Familiarity with the technical aspects of Unix, the Oracle RDBMS, and tools
Knowledgeable in Oracle E-Business Suite’s system administration tasks, e.g., define users, application responsibility, register functions, menus, and procedures.
Knowledgeable in Oracle's object deployment process using FNDLOAD (e.g. concurrent programs, reports, menus, functions, templates, request groups, responsibility, etc.)
At least 6 years of experience and advanced knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL; can create complex SQL scripts;
Solid years of experience in Oracle Workflow.
Solid years of experience in Oracle Reporting Tools (e.g. XML Publisher, Oracle Reports Builder, HTML Reporting)
Solid years of experience in data analysis, data integration, data conversion/ migration
Advanced experience in user interface files such as generating and/or loading data from spreadsheets, text files, etc.
Familiar with the use of version control (e.g. SVN, CVS)
