Job Description:
Plan, Monitor, and manage the daily activities and operations of the revenue departments (recruitment, sourcing, and staff leasing) in Cebu and all P&L-impacting activities by gathering, analyzing, interpreting, and achieving KPI targets and performance of each team
Work closely with the Cebu and US department managers/leaders to facilitate process updates, improvements, and initiatives with the goal to improve the performance of Cebu teams
Function as the bridge between senior leadership and all revenue-generating departments
Function as the chief managing partner being on the front lines enabling to promote of employee motivation as well as details that hinder office productivity
Work with the VP to review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
Directly report to the VP of Operations; The SOM will also be the "person next in line" for "approvals and decision-making" if the VP is not available
 
Qualifications:
 
Must be able to work 100% on-site and night shift (8:00 AM- 5:00 PM US PST )
Minimum 2 year's experience as Senior Manager with extensive experience and knowledge of business operations including sourcing, recruitment, BPO, management, client relations, and financial budgets
Knowledge of diverse departmental functions (e.g. Recruitment, Billables/BPO, Admin, Accounting, HR, Customer Service, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of data analysis, performance/operation metrics, and KPIs
Excellent organizational and motivational leadership abilities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
BSC/BA in business administration or relevant field and Six Sigma Certification
