Primary Responsibilities
Designing e-Learning courses for training and designing of infographics, client presentations, instructional videos, and other materials needed
Implementation and revision of training programs and materials
Writes procedure manuals
Assesses training needs
Presents information using a large variety of techniques, including visual materials, team exercises, role-playing, and decisions
Monitor, provide, record, and evaluate effective training activities
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in e-Learning Development / Instructional Media Development
Working & proven knowledge of video editing, Executive Slide creations, storyboarding, content design.
Active knowledge of Articulate, Doodle, Camtasia, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
Active knowledge of the ADDIE Model
Ability to design training, including the methods of assessing the effectiveness
Public presentation and good command of the English language
Familiar with communication techniques and media production
Understanding of the aspects like group dynamics and personal psychology
