The Retail Marketing Operations Officer sets, implements, and manages trade and pricing promotion strategies to achieve strategic growth objectives and maximize profitability in the retail channel.
How will you Fuel a Better Future through this specific role?
1. Handles the evaluation of franchise leads, and recommends solutions to possible out of scope applicant requests.
2. Validates contracts to be signed, to ensure that it has the correct terms and details
3. Manages the renewal of all existing franchise agreements, to ensure no dealer has an expired FA.
4. Performs other franchising operations items relevant to the specific package of the dealers.
Preferred Qualifications for the Role:
Graduate of any 4-year business related course (Economics, Marketing, Legal Management)
With at least 1-2 years work experience in franchising, contract management, and conducting business cases.
Knowledge in franchising concept (not to be confused with business development)
Critical Expertise and Skills: * Reviewing of contracts, analysis of franchise applicants, getting full context on, subsequently the analysis of, out of scope requests.
Sales and negotiation skills
Remarkable desire to act with integrity and embrace accountability in making things better for customers
Must have a good written communication skills in English
Working knowledge of web-based Google Workspace (formerly, G Suite, and comprises of spreadsheets, documents, and presentations),
