1. Establishes and maintains business relationships through effective selection of and communication with customers
2. Ensures on-time collection of payments of customers
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Maintains an extensive account management of the retail/commercial/distributor accounts for Lubricants accounts
1.1 Generates leads by identifying potential accounts for retail/commercial/distributor accounts for Lubricants
1.2. Ensures the achievement of the volume and margin targets of the Lubricants Sales group by generating sales from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach
1.3 Acts as an intermediary between SEAOIL and the Lubricants accounts to assess, validate, resolve customer concerns, and meet the customers' expectations
2. Ensures timely collection and remittance of account payments for delivered lubricants
3. Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for this Role:
Must be a graduate of any 4-year course
With Driver's license
At least 4 years of work experience in sales
Has to have Distributor Management or Account Management, Basic Financial Knowledge, Good presentation Skills
With at least 1-2 years of experience from the FMCG industry
Realistic Job Preview (1) Work will require field work (2) AO would be purely doing lead generation and account opening (3) AO may be required to serve small industrial accounts (4) AO would be required to pick up lubricants products twice a month in Bangar,La Union or Taguig Warehouse
Willing to be assigned anywhere in Luzon
Current residence must be within Central Luzon
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter.
In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
