About the Role
You will implement RAFI's integrated management system, benchmarked against ISO and Philippine Quality Award standards, to achieve high performance and drive impactful results.
 
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deploy quality and excellence frameworks.
Monitor organizational KPIs and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Lead compliance assessments and external certification processes.
Foster a culture of lean management and innovation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Certifications in ISO 9001:2015, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or PQA Assessor required.
Advanced skills in process mapping, procedure writing, and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio.
4+ years of experience in quality management and performance excellence.
