You will support and monitor the global IT enterprise infrastructure, which includes SD-WAN, cloud, and campus infrastructure services (LAN/wireless). In this capacity, you will provide technical mentorship and directions in support of daily normal operations, change operations, and incident response operations. As a Senior Network Operations Engineer, you will: Support the Network Operations Center (NOC) Lead in the daily administration and management of global enterprise operations. Work with service management groups to coordinate patch management, new service turnups, and service disconnections. Provide technical direction and mentorship on the configuration and operation of the network enterprise monitoring and management tools used in the daily operation of the NOC. Configure and fix Cisco devices and circuits in the global SD-WAN (Viptela) environment. Work as a focal point for the current real-time status of Copeland Enterprise service availability and performance. Work with the security group to ensure the accurate deployment of Copeland security policy and governance requirements. Support the operation and configuration of network operational tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, vManage, vAnalytics, ISE, DNAC, NetScout, NGenious, and others to be identified). Who You Are: You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and generate accurate, high-quality reports. You are proactive and highly innovative in approaching problem-solving efficiently. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment. Required Education, Experience, & Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related Technology or Engineering courses. Must be a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP); with Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certification is preferred. 10+ years of experience working in a Network Operations Engineering position with routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and Firewall infrastructures. Experience working in a large global network environment with a distributed global operations team. Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSP), Telecom, and other external vendors. Advanced experience working with Microsoft 365 products, including Visio and Project. Working knowledge of cloud networking, specifically with Azure and AWS.
