Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering/ Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent.
Familiar with cisco network equipment including switches, routers, firewalls, WLC
Have a basic understanding of TCP/IP protocol, familiar with routing protocols, and familiar with the second layer spanning tree protocol.
CCNA and CCNP certification are preferred.
Can fluently speak Chinese
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining network stability, ensuring network security and reliability
Responsible for network planning, construction, design and reporting to the person in charge for review, management, use and maintenance of the production network system

Year of Service: 1 YEAR (PHP 10,000), 2 YEARS (PHP 20,000), 3 YEARS (PHP 30,000) and so on
Performance Bonus (given monthly upon regularization). Applicable only for the following position/department: Product Departmen, Technical Department & Test Department
HMO / Medical Insurance Benefits - Applicable for all employees. Provided, that they are already in Regular Employment Status.
Annual Leave only 5 days annual leave. Will earn 5 days upon regularization. Can be used separately. If Leave balance is not consumed, it will be converted to cash every end of the year. If the employee resigned or got separated earlier than December, then advanced leave credits will be deducted from his/her Separation Pay.
Expanded Maternity Leave - SSS mandated. If the employee has worked for at least 6 months, she is qualified for a 105 days maternity leave with pay for Normal or Caesarean delivery and 60 days with pay for miscarriage. The company will advance to the employee the SSS Maternity Benefits through cash or check. The company will pay for the Salary Differential in case the SSS Maternity Benefit amount is lower than the actual salary of the employee for 3.5 months (105 days) or 2 months (60 days).
Paternity Leave - 7 days if an employee has a partner that gave birth. Provided, that the employee and his partner is legally married.
Solo Parent Leave - 7 days per year if an employee has a Valid Solo Parent ID and has rendered service for at least 12 months.
Bereavement Leave - 3 days leave. Applicable to "Immediate Family Members" such as: employee's children, parents, spouse, siblings and parent-in-law.
Premium Pay - payment on Holiday Pays, Night Differentials, Rest Day Duty are included, except Overtime Pay. Considering that the department head has asked the employee to work during holidays and rest days. Premium Rates are as follows: Regular Holiday Pay +100% of daily rate. Special Holiday Pay +30% of daily rate. Rest Day Duty +130% of daily rate. Regular Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate. Special Holiday on Rest Day +150% of daily rate. Double Holiday +200%. Double Holiday on Rest Day +260% of daily rate. Night Differential +10% of hourly rate
Government Mandated Benefits - the employees will be deducted monthly SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions (employee share). Thus, the company will also pay pay for the corresponding employer share. Thus, the company will also assist the employees in availing government mandated benefits such as: SSS Maternity Benefits, SSS Sickness Benefits SSS Salary Loans, PhilHealth Benefits Claims, and Pag-IBIG Multipurpose Salary Loans. Any concerns about Pag-IBIG Housing Loan will not be part of the company's responsibilities.
Accommodation: 4 pax/room, the employees requires live in company dormitory who can't go back home during the epidemic, after then can go back home according to your own decision. Free dormitories are only applicable for the following position/department after pandemic: Product Department, Technical Department & Test Department
