Responsibilities:
Manage the overall workflow of the IT Department
Plan, design, and implement network systems, including the configuration of devices
Manage user accounts for Company Email Services
Troubleshoot the network and system infrastructure of the Company including, but not limited to, VPNs, firewalls, routers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Work with team members to conduct routine system audits, and make recommendations to improve reliability and performance
Implement and maintain the ticketing system to support IT issues, problems, and requests
Support other global offices regarding IT issues related, but not limited to, VPNs, firewalls, routers, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Lead, train, and mentor Junior Network Administrators in the local branch and oversee weekly and monthly KPI sessions
Create weekly- and monthly IT reports for the upper management
Develop and implement IT policies including, but not limited to, Remote Access Policies, Laptop and Desktop Policies, Internet Usage Policies, Security Awareness, and Change Management Policies
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
● At least five (5) years of experience in the same field
● At least three (3) years of experience in the same position
● At least three (3) years of experience supporting Cisco networking, Firewall, and CentOS (Linux) systems or related technologies.
● Cisco Networks experience desired
● Experience working with Fortigate and Juniper Firewalls
● CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) required.
● Advanced knowledge of LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies
● Expertise in Linux Technologies is preferred.
● Strong troubleshooting, communication, and technical skills
