Description
1) Responsibilities include in working in a Product design engineering role to develop robust returnable packaging/product designs
which incorporate complex structural design principles to meet end user requirements.
2) Evaluate product concepts; designs; and drawings for mechanical function for manufacturability and material handling.
3) Lead manufacturing trials relating to product testing; measurements; and related documentation from initial tooling trials through
production qualification.
4) Evaluate results using statistical analysis and propose/lead changes to product design; tooling; and/or process.
5) Provide technical support for solving product quality problems as needed and work with molding operations in the production
implementation of new products.
6) Work with design engineers and plastic industry suppliers and processors to identify cost reduction opportunities.
7) Other duties and responsibilities delegated by the Mold Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
MUST
- BS Engineering graduate
- With 15 years of experience in Manufacturing industry as Molding TECHNICIAN.
- Willing to work in Lipa Batangas
- Who has experience in machine assembly and improvement.
