Job Description
Job Summary:
This key role will be handling Mobile App support and development.
Responsibilities:
Application owner mainly handling 2nd/3rd level support of Mobile application platforms frontend and backend
System and process monitoring
Incident and problem handling in complex and distributed application environment
Handling Problem Tickets and deliver solutions
Detailed error analysis throughout the application landscape, identifying and categorizing issues to provide a root cause analysis
Deliver/Implement initiatives for system stability
Ticket ownership, ensuring timely response, follow-up and communication with any involved party in order to find a quick solution to the problem
Documenting and extending of knowledge base; ensuring Know-How transfer within the team
Qualifications:
With application support experience at minimum 2-3 years on mobile applications
Development And/Or application design related to mobile apps minimum of 2 years
Application Troubleshooting and Testing experience
ITSM Management tool experience
Experience in Flutter/Dart or any similar Mobile App framework is Required
Knowledgeable on the following required framework: ReactJS (Library), NextJS (Framework), or NodeJS (Library)
