What are we looking for:
MultiplyMii, a premium recruitment & HR services company is growing FAST and we are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who desires to be part of an exciting organization that rewards and appreciates its team members. You will be reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, and will be responsible for boosting the visibility of our services across the web generating qualified traffic. Traffic generation must meet the pre-defined marketing goal vis-à-vis sales, visits or leads, for example.
Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English communication in both written and verbal.
This role is 100% work from home.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Support the Chief of Growth to formulate & develop launch / growth profit strategies for the brands
Manage the overall execution, performance, and effectiveness of digital marketing strategies.
Relentlessly drive growth in new customer acquisition programs through innovative strategies and meticulous execution.
Analyze customer behavior data to report on effectiveness of existing initiatives and identify new opportunities.
Work closely with parallel leads (Brand, Retention, Operations) building holistic marketing strategy in vision of full-cycle customer journey.
Negotiate deftly with internal and external partners (senior management) to deliver on cross-functional projects with tight timelines, tight budgets, and very material impact.
Leverage technology to enhance business goals; identify areas for improvement and drive implementation.
Institute rigorous test-and-learn methodology to achieve desired results.
About You:
3 years online marketing experience required.
Experience leading a team (at least 3 members), delegating tasks, managing projects, supporting and growing team members to excellence
Hands-on experience with Paid Ads and Media Buying.
Vast knowledge of SEO methodologies and tactics.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Someone who is able to clearly and consistently work side-by-side with a broad range of stakeholders and functions to deliver against complex initiatives complete on-time, on-budget, and over target.
Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
Tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, ahrefs or similar, Facebook ads, LinkedIn ads, and all relevant platforms,
Experience with Native Advertising using Taboola/Outbrain for content marketing
Able to pivot readily and react to real-time data.
Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
Exceptional skills with spreadsheets and data crunching.
Fluency in English essential; fluency or near fluency in a second language a bonus
Can-do attitude & willingness to get involved driving the brands forward
Organised and rigorous with strong interpersonal skills.
Creative thinker & ability to 'think outside the box'
