Here's a summary of what you will be doing in this job: We are looking for a Senior Market Advisor who will support the marketing businesses by providing structured and data-driven market insights to support SEAOIL in their growth aspirations. Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities: 1. Creation of Sales Analytics Reports, and, in conjunction with Sales Teams, provide insight on leaders, laggers and potential reasons for current market trends. 2. Support sales officers on the field to gather market intel from the ground that will be vital for supply, pricing and demand planning decisions such as competitor offers and strategies, customer inventory and purchases data, etc. 3. Provides recommendation and insights to secure new businesses and increase wallet share. Preferred Qualifications for the Role: Graduate of a four-year course relating to Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent, and from reputable universities. At least four (4) years working experience in Sales, Market Research and/or Market Planning roles. With background in any industry, but experience in Oil & Gas is a plus. Critical Expertise and Skills: Intermediate in Microsoft Office or Open Office suite Effective organization, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Remarkable desire to act with integrity and embrace accountability in making things better for customers Sales and negotiation skills Realistic Job Preview: A day in the life of a Senior Market Advisor would involve: Scoping the market for critical sales intel and provide strategic intent for SEAOIL to win in the market. He/she will also be the liaison between enterprise and Sales Teams in terms of market insights and recommendations. Expectations from Candidates: Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview. Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. The complete list will be provided by the recruiter. In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
