Job Overview:
Sr. Analysts support the development of client deliverables, performing research and analysis tasks and providing some level of scientific or strategic insight and interpretation. Sr. Analysts contribute to consulting projects in various areas as members of a project team, working independently on assigned project components and tasks, may perform some level of project management and interact directly with clients under senior supervision.
Responsibilities:
Provide complex, secondary research from client issue to completion
Produce complex analytics and communicate clearly via charts and graphs
Critically analyze data (present results and provide internal data analysis both qualitative and quantitative) and provide strategic thinking with respect to interpretation of results
Draft sections of dossiers and recruit for payer interviews
Deliver small projects independently and/or produce sub-components of projects of greater complexity, with oversight
Participate in internal meetings and strategy discussions
May present results and interact externally, with oversight
May train an Analyst or Intern
Education, Experience, Training, and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree (preferred in relevant scientific field: economics, health policy, epidemiology, etc.) Advanced degree in relevant field is preferred (e.g. MS, MPH, MBA, MD)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Market Access or HEOR in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting
Good understanding of Market Access and HEOR concepts and techniques
Experience navigating EU/US/Canada Market access landscape and payer requirements
Proficiency with Microsoft Office: ability to prepare complex charts, graphs, tables and PowerPoint slides
Skills & Abilities:

Is a proficient and collaborative project coordinator
Has strong analytical and written/oral communication skills
Shows flexibility to meet project needs as required by scope, deadline, and budget
Is customer-focused with consultative and client interaction skills for successful project management
