This individual will be a hands-on expert and individual contributor, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining digital tools and automated workflows that improve productivity, data visibility, and decision-making across the business.Your Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced analytics dashboards using Power BI, including data modeling, DAX scripting, and Power Query transformations.
Drive workflow efficiency through automation initiatives using Power Automate, identifying repetitive tasks and implementing scalable solutions.Develop and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (canvas and model-driven), integrating with Microsoft 365 and other data sources.Manage and optimize databases using MS SQL, including schema design, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.Build and maintain Python scripts for automation, data extraction/processing, and system integrations.Act as a technical lead and advisor in systems architecture, data governance, and digital transformation within the manufacturing environment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, IT) to understand business needs and deliver scalable technical solutions.Create clear and thorough documentation for system designs, processes, and user guides.Provide ad hoc reports and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.Participate in occasional meetings or calls outside of regular hours as needed for global collaboration.What our Client is Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5-10 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, automation, or application development.
Must have technical experience in the following: Data Analytics & Reporting (Power BI), Workflow Automation (Power Automate), App Development (Power Apps), Database Management & Development (MS SQL), Scripting & Automation (Python), Collaboration & Documentation"
Proven expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation).
Hands-on experience with Power Automate for process automation.
Experience developing applications using Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps integrated with Microsoft 365 or external data sources.
Strong MS SQL skills, including database design and query optimization.
Proficiency in Python for automation, data processing, and system integration.
Must have good communication skills
