Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cebu City, for a Senior Manager. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing media operations, overseeing content creation, coordinating with editorial and marketing teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns. Additionally, the Senior Manager will monitor performance metrics and optimize processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
Experience in Media Operations, Project Management, and Team Leadership
Skills in Content Creation, Editorial Management, and Digital Marketing
Basic Skills in Client Relations and Sales
Has an eye for Arts
Good in Performance Analytics and Process Optimization
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate with various team
Previous experience in digital media or publishing is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Business Management, or a related field
