This is a strategic and operational management role, which will report directly to the Talent Acquisition APAC Regional Leader and will functionally work side by side with our business stakeholders.
In summary, the role will own all Talent Acquisition - related activities in the Philippines:
New Businesses / logos
Monitoring the delivery of ramp plans and hiring requirements from requisition creation / approval, hiring to onboarding.
Liaison between TA and business leaders
Data Management, Analytics & Reporting for all business groups in the country
Strategic sourcing, hiring and onboarding
People Management & Team Development
Duties & Responsibilities:
Creates and maintains country-level operational reports needed by the business stakeholders in the country (in collaboration with TA's Operational Enablement team).
Conducts regular business reviews of all business stakeholders
Maintains and monitors TA Performance Scorecards and metrics
Creates analysis of data based on business need.
Liaise with business leaders for budget requests, approvals and implementation.
Owns the relationship-building with government institutions, professional organizations, NGOs and other partners in the country. Craft programs to create new / alternative talent pool from these groups. This will be done in collaboration with the TA Regional Leader, TA Pod Leaders & TA Operations Enablement team.
Reviews and gatekeeps new business opportunities / logos with the TA Regional & Country Leaders.
Represents TA Philippines in Project Implementation calls.
Acts as the first TA point of contact for business leaders, in collaboration with the TA Regional Leader.
Qualifications:
At least 10 years of work experience specializing in Talent Acquisition
Exposure and experience in account management, data management, reports, stakeholder management, business reviews and launching new businesses / logos.
Has experience working in large multi-national companies, especially in the IT or BPO industries.
Has exposure working in a matrix-type of reporting line and working with virtual teams
Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
Has high attention to details
Good communication, organization and presentation skills
Has high energy and positive attitude towards change
Strong people management and relationship-building skills
Has good proficiency in using and navigating MS Office tools especially MS Excel & Powerpoint
