Senior Manager, Procurement

You will have an opportunity to:
-Manage the procurement team in coordinating procurement items and the company's logistical needs. This also includes working on the most complex purchases for the company
-Contribute to the company's overall growth and profitability
-Lead the procurement team in sourcing, purchasing, and coordination of the delivery of materials and services in accordance with company requirements, regulations, and inventory policy
-Lead the procurement team in a proactive search for alternative supply sources to ensure continuity of business operations, as required by business partners
-Ensures proper accreditation of suppliers and compliance with company standards
-Negotiate with suppliers/vendors/third-party providers for pricing that will encompass a combination of cost, service, quality, and TAT
-Ensures that the procurement team delivers goods and services as per the company's SLA
-Deliver cost savings through project implementation as per agreed purchasing plan and or below budget level
-Conduct local and regional supplier management and identify new best-in-class regional suppliers that meet company standards and requirements.
-Serve as point of information for material and service knowledge in terms of costing for the company
-Conducts research, evaluate, and purchase products for the company for use in everyday operations
-Manage the procurement team's KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
You will be a great fit on our team if...
-At least a bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
-5 years of proven people management experience within procurement or related industry
-Excellent business communication, strategic, and business planning
-Excellent interpersonal skills and drive for continuous improvement
-Proven stakeholder and vendor management experience
-At least 5 years of relevant work experience as a purchasing agent, buyer, or procurement agent with supervisory skills
-ERP and SAP experience is a plus
-BPO experience is a plus
