In your new role you will:
Head and manage the outsourced assembly and test (OSAT) subcontractor partners located in Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Korea (ASESG/CL, UTACTH/SG, STATSSG).
Manage and ensure high-motivation of five operation planners with different cultural background located in Taiwan, Philippines, Singapore & Malaysia.
Secure required capacity from subcons and drive maximum utilization by driving internal and external counterparts/business partners per customers and business requirement.
Drive operations key metrics ie. Cycle Time and On Time delivery to meet annual target committed to higher management.
Handle special project to improve productivity, increase capacity, cost savings and any projected related to planning and operation.
Drive the organization structure, and it's individual roles & responsibilities aligned with the on-going IFX Operations Planning/Control Integration - be an "agent of change" for the organization.
Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Graduate of bachelors degree or any business related course; preferably an Engineering course.
Have a solid experience managing and performing an Operations Planning/Control R&R at a minimum of 5 yrs. Includes managing a team aligned with company's business requirement.
Effective communications skills and able to interact with all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software with good knowledge on Manufacturing/Operations and relevant IT tools.
Must be a customer-oriented individual and good understanding of Supply Chain process, inventory control and management.
Good level of pro-activeness and able to handle subcon to management discussion.
individual with experience on managing changes related to merger and acquisition, is ideal.
