Responsibilities would include some of the following:
Lead and train a team of high-performing writers, SEO specialists, and link outreach professionals that contribute to increasing our website's organic traffic and ranking
Oversee and review the output for regular content-focused SEO activities, such as SEO asset production/recommendations (Title, Meta Description, Header/Image tagging), outreach pitch/article production, ad hoc keyword research, etc.
Collaborate with Technical SEO Team to identify holistic tactics that could improve the performance of site pages/blog articles and to align with larger SEO strategies
Coordinate with various web content production teams to address SEO opportunities, needs, and concerns detected through audits, feedback, etc.
Initiate and facilitate Content SEO projects, such as SEO landing page article production, SEO content reviews and optimization, internal and external article ideation, and SEO content audits
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years related SEO experience with 3 years of management experience
Natural leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others to achieve goals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Filipino
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and objectives simultaneously
Basic knowledge of HTML
Can comfortably perform ad hoc analyses using analytics reports
