Generate/gather reports/historical sales that can be used by stakeholders in the curation process * Assists in analyzing business performance to be fed into the business development process (assortment planning, promo planning, etc) * Assis Generate/gather reports/historical sales that can be used by stakeholders in the curation process Assists in analyzing business performance to be fed into the business development process (assortment planning, promo planning, etc) Assists in the merchandise curation, assortment and promo planning Monitors sales plans, aging, merchandise margin, and replenishment together with the BUs and head Ensuring all pertinent information regarding the product is provided by merchandising Ensures product copywriting are correct and uploaded properly in the online store Can also create thematic bundles depending on the available merchandise Assists head in negotiations with Merchant Partners for banner placements for merchandise/thematic category promotions Regularly touch base with merchandising champions for operational tasks Reports to the Head of Merchandising & Business Development Qualifications Minimum of 5 years work experience as a Merchandising Manager in the retail industry. Online retail experience an advantage. Has team leadership experience. Candidate must possess a degree in any Commerce course, Marketing or equivalent courses. Adept in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Constantly updates his/herself with the latest online trends. Flexible, willing to learn, and has organization and time-management skills. A leader, team-player, self-starter and able to work under pressure.
