Senior Manager. Learning and Development

You will have an opportunity to:
-Assist the Director of Training and Development in leading the Learning and Development team
-Coach and mentor line managers
-Lead & facilitate training needs analysis and data collection exercises
-Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve processes
-Produce and present weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports
-Strategize, plan and execute organizational development programs with clear measures of success
-Develop in-house training content
-Ad-hoc tasks, as required
You will be a great fit on our team if...
-5+ years' experience - Learning and Development
-College/University degree or equivalent (preferred)
-Ability to operate independently, with decision making skills in potentially high stress situations.
-Detail and process oriented
-Solution based thinking
-Proactive and action oriented with proven ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
-Flexibility to work autonomously in a start up environment, where constant change abounds
-Excellent presentation / facilitation skills, with past experiences in a training / facilitation role
-Superior written and verbal English language skills
-Strong leadership and coaching ability
-Ability to put complex theories into simple and easy terms
-Excellent communication skills
-Computer literate
-Ability to work in a 24 X 7 rotating shift environment. Night shifts will be required
-Willingness to travel
