Fixed Assets and Projects, Senior Manager
Responsibilities:
This role will be joining a large BPO contact center player that is continuously expanding. In this capacity, he/she will be supporting all English speaking sites of the organization (Philippines, US, UK, Canada, etc.).
The Fixed Assets and Projects Senior Manager will initially handle Fixed Assets Management as a project to kick off fixed assets as a separate and independent function. Once FAM is established, there will be additional functions under this role (ex. Accounts payable; Pay-run). He/She will be the finance POC for projects and process improvements.
Requirements:
8 years of progressive work experience (within the finance field)
3 years of leadership experience/team management experience
SAP user for 3 years at least
Actual experience in fixed assets management (in large multinational companies)
Proven track record in process improvements and special project management
MBA or six sigma certification preferred
Proactive and driven attitude
Big on planning and collaboration with different business leaders and strong organization skills
Audit background a plus
Open to the midshift (3pm start)
