Job Requirements:
. Assist the Director - FSS to manage all and the daily operations of the finance shared services center (encompassing GL, AR, AP, etc.)
. Establishes and monitors a sound and effective internal control structure on all finance processes
. Maintains and ensures that policies and procedures are up to date and communicated to all stakeholders
. Reviews and monitors monthly, quarterly and annual closing of the books activities and financial results
. Monitors cash position and funding's are maximized to support the day to day operations
. Liaises with the bank as and when it is needed on various banking concerns/requirements
. Serve as the spoc of Netsuite and all related finance systems
. Liaises with auditing firms and various government/external agencies (such as BIR, SEC, BSP, etc.) related to audit and other regulatory requirements
. Responsible in ensuring that finance terms and conditions are accurate and complete on customer and vendor contracts
