You will report to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and will be responsible for reviewing and approving the invoices for purchase and sales of SingHealth HQ manpower services and perform inter-company/ 3rd-party billing. You will also manage the provision of bonus and CPF contributions for SingHealth HQ staff, including senior management. You shall attend to audits and ensure timely and accurate provision of manpower forecast and budget. In addition, you will need to work closely with internal and external stakeholders like Human Resource, Central Provident Board and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore to support daily operations. You will also be required to complete any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by CFO.
Requirements:
· Degree in Accountancy or Business with at least 10 years of relevant experience and 8 years of supervisory experience
· Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage
· Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
· Meticulous with high degree of integrity and initiative
· Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
· Independent, strong team player who can multi-task in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
· Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
