Graduate of any four year Business course
MBA graduate is an advantage
With five to ten years experience in the same field
Have excellent communication skills and be fluent in both written and spoken English. [A familiarity
of French would also be desirable, but not mandatory].
Have a sound BPO shipping industry background (minimum 10 years) and have held a senior
position in the same company for at least the last three(3) consecutive years
Be able to clearly demonstrate their past performance with proof of annual performance reviews
and evidence of projects where they have succeeded to achieve performance improvements.
be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, TEAMS)
be self-motivated and able to work without supervision
hold a current and valid passport
