Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager - CounselLegal Compliance - English Functional Roles & Responsibilities: Represents the company in litigation and similar matters before judicial and administrative bodies Manages external counsel handling other cases Demonstrable commercial and legal judgment including the ability to assess risk and advise accordingly Handles employment-related concerns and assists HR in administrative investigations Provides legal advice on a range of regulatory compliance issues impacting the business Prepares, reviews and finalizes contracts and agreements of vendors, clients and employees Review and advise management on legal implications of internal policies and procedures Carry-out duties as may be assigned by the supervising attorney Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:(Must Have) Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Laws / Juris Doctor - and must have passed the Bar Exams Relevant working experience required in labor and employment-related matters Amenable to work onsite as may be required Can work on flexible work hours depending on business needs Keen attention to detail Demonstrates impeccable work ethic Proficient in MS Office applications Ability to adapt to a challenging and fast pace environment Strong time management skills with the ability to execute on multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
