SENIOR LOAN PROCESSOR
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years end-to-end mortgage processing experience specific to the New Zealand market
Strong understanding of bank and non-bank lender policies and procedures in New Zealand
Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously without compromising accuracy or compliance
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in a high-volume lending environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and proactive approach to client and lender interactions
High level of attention to detail, documentation handling, and compliance awareness
Preferably someone who has worked directly with NZ mortgage advisers or brokers
